REQUIREMENTS:

• Finish our online pre-classes (from the link we will send after program purchase) prior to week-long intensive: these courses will be Bedrock Foundations, Sports Massage 101, Sports Ethics, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, and Sports Massage Sideline. Please reserve 25 hrs to comfortably finish the courses prior to the week intensive.

• Sports clothes and water bottles to training
• Week Intensive Program must be paid in full, on payment plans and paid in full within the payment plan timeline

Day 3: Manual Techniques

9:00am-6:00pm Intro to Manual Therapy Tools

Day 4: Business- either taken Live in class, or finished Online so can be a free day

9:00am-6:00pm Business of Sports Massage

Day 5: Movement and Manual Techniques

8:15am optional morning activity: Sports Stretching

9:00am-12:00pm Trigger Point Therapy

12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch

1:00pm-5:00pm Intro to Sports Stretching

Day 6: Critical Thinking

9:00am-12:00pm Power Sports Massage Techniques

12:30pm-3:30pm Endurance Sports Massage Techniques

3:30pm-6:30pm Massage Techniques for Overhead Sports

Day 7: Advanced Gait Cycle, Advanced Techniques, Final Exam

9:00am-5:00pm Advanced Sports Mechanics and Massage course

5:10pm-6:00pm Final Exam test (to be administered online)

Receive course certificate once course exams are complete at end of day

Receive FINAL FULL SPECIALTY CERTIFICATE once final exam is passed at end of day

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Final Exam Information

• Up to 90% of questions will be in course questions, 50 total questions
• Must have 70% passing grade to receive full Specialty Certificate
• Final Exam is Free for students, and will be open book with 45 minutes allotted      time
• Final Full Specialty Certificate will be administered to students after passing      exam
